In my opinion, the theme education of "Do not forget your initiative mind, remember the mission" should not only study hard in thought, but also practice the mission with actions in the management of state-owned enterprises. At present, the company's reform and management tasks are extremely arduous. Personally, the organization puts me in such a position and always regards the high-quality development of the company as its ultimate mission. Below, combined with the theme education and my personal post reality, I put forward some ideas.

First, take the lead in safeguarding the authority of the central government, maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in ideological and political actions, and implement the central special education deployment to the letter. Theme education should not only come down in one continuous line with the CPC Central Committee, but also integrate appearance and knowledge. As far as the management of our company is concerned, it is not only lip service, but also face-to-face instruction. It is important to implement it in all aspects and work of business management.

Second, we must have a strong sense of responsibility and be brave in self-revolution and innovation. Under the new situation, the company is facing many severe challenges. It is necessary to improve the company's ability to create efficiency and promote the high-quality development of enterprises. First, we must implement compliance management according to law. All leading cadres and employees of the company from top to bottom should establish the concept of law-based, rule-based and compliance-based operation. Second, we must adhere to market orientation and improve the company's operating efficiency. In the new era and new situation, facing the complex economic situation and market environment, the company should optimize the allocation of resources in accordance with the principle of "intensive, lean, comprehensive and overall planning", and be driven by innovation to fully improve the company's operating efficiency and expand its performance. Third, we should optimize the process and reduce various management costs. The system sorts out the investment operation process, cuts down redundant links, improves the management level, and realizes cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Fourth, we should always pay attention to production safety. There are many safety standards in the warehousing and logistics industry, which brings great management pressure to our operation. However, safety is the basis for the long-term development of enterprises. Facing the challenge, we must start with professional team, system and technical methods to speed up the construction of long-term safety mechanism. Fifth, we should improve the company's project development and management capabilities. The warehouse is a project, and the dock is also a project. At present, our projects, both warehouses and docks, are obviously insufficient. It is necessary for us to improve the project development ability, and we can participate in project development through self-ownership, leasing, * * * cooperation or even equity participation, so as to improve the quantity and management level of our project operation.

Third, resolutely oppose formalism and bureaucracy and strengthen the style construction of management team. Whether the company can achieve high-quality development depends on people and the style of cadres. To prevent formalism and bureaucracy, educate and guide the management team to establish correct values, work hard and change their work style. As a traditional warehousing and logistics service industry, the company is faced with open market, numerous competitors and fierce competition, and the problems and difficulties in its operation are various. As a cadre of the company, we should always keep in mind the concerns and development trends of the company and the industry, adhere to the market orientation when thinking about problems, making decisions and making plans, visit the market and conduct research, and really think about the development orientation and management of the company.

Fourth, there must be new achievements in the new era. As Socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, so does the market economy. No matter from the complicated international situation or the fierce competition in the domestic market, our company is facing greater challenges and obstacles than before. Applying political discourse, we will have many "snow mountains" and "grasslands" to cross and many "Loushanguan" to conquer. Every cadre in our company is the protagonist and has the responsibility on the evergreen road. As a cadre of the company, as long as we have a strong sense of responsibility, real ability to do things and excellent execution ability, the high-quality development of our company will be realized at an early date.

Enterprise management is always on the road. And the new era, new journey, the development of enterprises can not be smooth. As a leading cadre of the company, I know the responsibility is great and dare not relax at all.
