After the signing of the framework agreement, the company's personnel will conduct on-the-spot investigation and measurement with the community and property in time, draw up the renovation plan, calculate the renovation funds, prepare and review the feasibility report of the renovation, and report it to the group company. On May 19, 2009, the leading group for separation and transfer of four industries in the headquarters approved the implementation plan of community separation and transfer in Hua Yao Xincun. Subsequently, the company negotiated with streets, communities and properties. Matters not specified in the agreement, such as community monitoring, street lamps, fire protection, electricity charges for corridor lamps, etc. , further clarify the scope of assets to be transferred, and invite third-party audit units to conduct inventory audit of assets to be transferred to Hua Yao Xincun, and issue audit reports. At the same time, an agreement was reached on the transfer of functions of Hua Yao Xincun Neighborhood Committee.
