Should tenants pay property fees?

Whether renting a house requires paying property fees depends on the situation:

1. When the lessee rents a house, if it is stipulated in the lease contract that the property fee shall be paid by the lessee or not, then the property fee shall be paid for renting a house;

2. When the tenant rents a house, if it is stipulated in the lease contract that the property fee shall be paid by the landlord, then there is no need to pay the property fee for renting a house.

The property fee is generally borne by the owner of the house, and the owner of the house can also stipulate in the lease contract that the user of the house will pay it, but its internal agreement shall not be against the property company.

"Property Management Regulations" Article 7 Owners shall perform the following obligations in property management activities:
