1. First of all, the owner or tenant needs to apply for a refund, and apply on Shell Property official website or APP. Relevant information and supporting documents need to be provided when applying.

2. Secondly, Shell Real Estate will verify and confirm the identity of the applicant, so as to determine whether it is eligible for the issuance of the deposit.

3. Finally, after the qualification is unfrozen, Shell Property will conduct an audit to check the applicant's name, contact information, housing information and contract information, and check whether there is arrears or breach of contract. After approval, Shell Property will refund the deposit to the account designated by the owner or tenant, which usually takes 3-5 working days, depending on the bank transfer speed.
