Entrusted check-out process of Kunming public rental housing

There are seven steps in the entrusted check-out process of Kunming public rental housing.

1. Before checking out, the house needs to be restored to its original state, and the balcony and clothesline do not need to be restored according to the property requirements.

2. If the property needs to be inspected again, copy the cold water meter or hot water meter or electric meter and deduct the unpaid fee.

3. Go to the property to check out first: keys or access cards need to be returned according to the original quantity. If the property is completed, I will send a check-out application form and give me the information. I'll go to the public rental center and do the rest of the formalities.

4. You need to bring the contract, rent or deposit receipt and the original ID card.

5. Calculate the rent on the day of property check-out and complete the property check-out procedure. Check-out at the public rental housing center on a regular basis will also be calculated on the day of check-out.

6. The deposit is fully refunded (Fu Jun Hua Cheng is fully refunded).

7. Ask the property to move things on the day of check-out, and all keys need to be returned when the property checks out.
