In 2020, Guang Cai Kindergarten in Jingchuan County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province started classes in small classes.

In the autumn semester of 2022, the enrollment of urban kindergartens will begin soon. In order to further standardize the enrollment management and maintain the enrollment order, we should do a good job in the enrollment of school-age children in cities and towns in accordance with the principle of "openness, fairness and justice". According to the investigation of the enrollment demand and the present situation of kindergartens, the enrollment related matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Enrollment Time and Number of Students

Registration time: August 2-August 2022 12.

Number of students enrolled: In the autumn semester of 2022, seven public kindergartens in the urban area enrolled 750 new students. These include:

1. county kindergarten 120 (day care system);

2. Guang Cai Kindergarten140;

3. The third kindergarten 120 people;

4. The fourth kindergarten (day care system) has 1 10 students;

5. The fifth kindergarten (day care system) has 140 students;

6. There are 30 sixth kindergartens (day care system).

7. The seventh kindergarten (day care system) has 90 students.

Second, the scope and object of enrollment

Enrollment scope: All school-age children who have housing and actually live in the urban area of Jingchuan County (have not yet entered the park) can register regardless of their household registration.

Enrollment target: Children over three years old (3 1, 2065438) who have not entered the kindergarten are in good health (no infectious diseases) and can participate in kindergarten collective activities normally. New school children need to monitor their healthy body temperature 14 days before the start of school, fill in health information through "Smart Cloud Campus-Epidemic Reporting System" every day, and provide a health check-up form when they register for school.

Third, enrollment methods

According to the distribution of public kindergartens in urban areas and the investigation of the demand for admission to the park, it is decided to adopt the combination of public lottery and scribing to enroll students in the nearest park. Among them, the fourth kindergarten, the fifth kindergarten and the sixth kindergarten enroll students by public lottery, while the other four kindergartens enroll students by dicing. The specific registration methods and procedures are as follows:

(a) open lottery enrollment (3 people)

1. No.4 Kindergarten: The park is a public day-care kindergarten in the urban area, and the enrollment target is school-age children who have housing in the county and actually live (renters must provide rental contracts and bills for paying water and electricity bills for the last three consecutive months) (not yet in the park).

2. Fifth Kindergarten: This park is a supporting kindergarten (day care system) of Century Garden Residential District, and the enrollment target is school-age children who have housing in Area A and Area B of Century Garden and actually live in it (not yet in the park).

3. Sixth Kindergarten: This park is a supporting kindergarten (day care system) in Xingding Courtyard Residential Community, and the enrollment target is school-age children who own houses in Xingding Courtyard Residential Community and actually live in it (not yet in the park).

If the number of formal applicants of the above three kindergartens does not exceed the number of enrollment plans, kindergartens will no longer determine their admission qualifications by lottery.

4. Registration process:

(1) Online Registration (August 2, 2022, 8: 30-65438+August 3, 08:00)

Parents can register online by scanning "Online Enrollment QR Code of Public Kindergarten in Jingchuan County in Autumn of 2022" through WeChat. Each child can only choose one kindergarten to register. If a child is registered in a kindergarten or the same child is registered repeatedly, it will be disqualified.

(2) Summary and review (August 4-5, 2022)

The county education bureau summarizes the online registration data and examines whether there is any relevant information that does not meet the registration conditions, such as children's registration in the park and repeated registration.

(3) On-site audit and confirmation (August 6, 2022)

The County Education Bureau will distribute the summarized and audited registration information to the relevant kindergartens, which will inform the parents of young children to re-examine their qualifications with relevant documents (original and photocopy of household registration book, original and photocopy of real estate license or real estate registration certificate, original and photocopy of guardian's ID card, original and photocopy of child's birth medical certificate, and water and electricity bill for the last three consecutive months) according to the epidemic prevention and control requirements, and determine the number of applicants after re-examination.

(4) Publicity of audit results (August 8, 2022-10)

The county education bureau and related kindergartens will strictly review the information of registered children and their admission qualifications again, and publicize the names of children who have obtained the qualification of lottery and the confirmed registration serial number in the eye-catching position of the kindergarten and the official account of "Jingchuan Education" WeChat. After publicity without objection, you can participate in the public lottery. Anyone who provides false information or the qualification examination does not meet the requirements will be disqualified from entering the park.

(5) Lottery drawing time (August 2022 12, 15:00)

The county education bureau organized a public lottery in the command and dispatch hall of Jingchuan County Media Center. The lottery is carried out park by park, and each park uses a fully automatic lottery machine, and the lottery is publicly announced according to the registration number. The lottery process was released through Jingchuan, read the official account of Jingchuan and Jingchuan Education WeChat, and recorded the whole process. The Supervision Committee of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection was invited to be stationed in the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the County Education Bureau, some NPC deputies, CPPCC members, teachers' representatives and parents' representatives to participate in the whole process of supervision, and the Jingchuan County Notary Office supervised notarization. According to the number of enrollment plans of each kindergarten, the admission qualification is determined, and the quota lasts until it is full (multiple children have a lottery to represent the whole school). The lottery results of each park were announced on the spot and made public on relevant websites.

Yaohao children are registered in the park according to the registration time notified by the kindergarten. If they do not go to the kindergarten for information review, registration and registration procedures within the specified time, they will be deemed to have given up entering the park automatically.

Middle-sized children who don't shake the number can choose other legally qualified public parks or private kindergartens to sign up for the park.

At present, there are three private kindergartens * * * in our county with legal qualifications for running parks:

1. Little Swan Kindergarten (north of Wang Fu Mall);

2. Wenhui Little Tsinghua Kindergarten (in the courtyard of Waterfront Flower City Community).

2. Guang Cai Kindergarten: This park is a public kindergarten in the urban area. According to the principle of "entering the park nearby", school-age children who have housing near the park and actually live in the park (not yet in the park) are mainly recruited, and the enrollment plan is full.

3. The third kindergarten: The park is a supporting kindergarten for the Century Garden residential community, giving priority to school-age children who have housing in the A and B districts of the Century Garden and actually live in the park. If there are enough places to recruit school-age children who have housing and actually live near the park (not yet in the park), the enrollment plan will be full.

4. The seventh kindergarten: the park is a supporting kindergarten for the residential area of the Beautiful Year Cultural City, giving priority to school-age children who own houses and actually live in the area but have not yet entered the park. If there are enough places, we will recruit nearby urban and rural school-age children who are willing to attend day care kindergartens and fill the enrollment plan.

5. Registration process:

School-age children in Zone A and Zone B of Century Garden who participated in the fifth kindergarten lottery but did not shake the medium, and school-age children in Zone A and Zone B who registered online, arrived at the park on August 13 with relevant documents (original and photocopy of household registration book, original and photocopy of real estate license or real estate registration certificate, original and photocopy of guardian's ID card, original and photocopy of child's birth medical certificate, and bills for paying water and electricity for the last three consecutive months). For those with more places, school-age children who have housing and actually live near the park (have not yet entered the park) will be enrolled in the order of online registration. School-age children who fail to enter the park can choose private kindergartens according to their respective needs and living areas.

Fourth, preferential policies.

For the children of active servicemen and fire rescue medical staff in Hubei (with valid certificates), if they meet the conditions for entering the park, they should first sign up for the school. If they don't, according to the notice of the Provincial Department of Education, Notice of the Political Department of the Provincial Military Region on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on Preferential Education for Soldiers' Children in Gansu Province (Zheng Lian [2065438+02] No.84) and the Notice of the Emergency Management Department and the Provincial Department of Education on Printing and Distributing (Gan First Aid [2019] No.4/KLOC-0) and the General Office of Gansu Provincial People's Government on Improving the Working Conditions of Front-line Medical Staff and Caring for Medical Care.
