6. The owner shall not occupy or change the community public green space and public activity places.

7. Platforms and rooftops shall not be erected or their functions changed.

8. The garage is dedicated to parking, and it is not allowed to build or stack items in the garage, thus changing the use function of the garage.

9. Owners should consciously clean up their garages.

10. If the garage is damaged, it should be repaired by itself in time, or if the management office fails to repair it, it should be repaired with the same color and material.

13. Green planting and rockery construction shall be based on the principle of not affecting the beauty of the community and the lighting of adjacent buildings.

15. The external wall structure shall not destroy the original facade effect of the house.

16. Decoration construction garbage should be stored in private gardens in bags, and it is forbidden to pile up outdoors. The owner who has gone through the formalities of garbage removal can notify the management office for unified removal.

17. Postboxes, garbage bins and hedges planted around shall not be demolished and expanded, and automatic sliding doors shall not be installed.

18. The smart water meter shall not be moved without authorization.

19. The decoration site must comply with the management regulations of building decoration site.

20. The decoration company must fill in and submit the as-built drawings and other hidden materials before the end of the decoration, and send them to the management office for approval. After the examination and approval, the exit formalities can be completed. There is no property management company.
