10. If the garage is damaged, it should be repaired by itself in time, or if the management office fails to repair it, it should be repaired with the same color and material.

17. Postboxes, garbage bins and hedges planted around shall not be demolished and expanded, and automatic sliding doors shall not be installed.
18. The smart water meter shall not be moved without authorization.
19. The decoration site must comply with the management regulations of building decoration site.
20. The decoration company must fill in and submit the as-built drawings and other hidden materials before the end of the decoration, and send them to the management office for approval. After the examination and approval, the exit formalities can be completed. There is no property management company.
