Trustee (Party B):

I. Entrust management content and entrustment period

Three. Rights and obligations of Party A

5. Four. Rights and obligations of Party B
1. Party B has the obligation to require the lessee of this store to operate legally.
2. Party B has the obligation to manage the property store.
3. During the entrusted operation and management, if Party B changes the business purpose of the store to other business purposes, it is not allowed.
If it harms the interests of Party A, the public and the state, Party A shall allow it. The examination and approval procedures for changing the use of the store shall be handled by Party B in accordance with laws, regulations and unified management regulations of Sanhuan Decoration City.
