Notice of Anhui Provincial Price Bureau on Issues Related to Comprehensive Property Service Charge

City and pilot county price bureau:

In order to implement the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Anhui Province on Forwarding the Opinions of the Provincial Price Bureau on Further Applying the Price Policy to Promote the Stable and Rapid Economic Development (No.24 [2009] of Anhui Zhengban), the issue of halving the comprehensive property service fee is hereby clarified as follows:

"Newly-built unoccupied ordinary commodity housing" refers to newly-built ordinary commodity housing that has not been renovated and the monthly electricity bill does not exceed 2 degrees. From the date of issuance of the Notice, the comprehensive property service fee will be charged by half for newly-built ordinary commercial housing tenants who meet the conditions of not staying for more than half a year 18 months.
