Hanlin's co-authored project is located in the new eastern sector, which is also the core sector of Quanzhou municipal government's strategy of expanding eastward and northward. It has been included in the group of Quanzhou Urban Planning Center and will become a new eastern plate of Quanzhou in the future. The government and administrative center in Luojiang District plans to move to the opposite side of our project, which means that our side will become the core area of government affairs in Luojiang. Looking at all the cities in China, the center of the city is always where the government is located. The administrative center can not only enhance the value of the region, but also bring more resources and introduce more investment, which will contribute to the rapid development of the whole plate. Then we will also become the new center of Luojiang in the future.
