What is the passage of fire fighting equipment?

There is no specific provision in the Fire Protection Law, but the relevant provision is the Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings.

Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings (GB 50016-20147 438+0) specifies the fire lane:

Fire engines should be considered for the roads in the block, and the distance between the center lines of the roads should not be greater than 160m. When the length of the buildings along the street is greater than 150m or the total length is greater than 220m, a fire lane should be set through the buildings. When it is really difficult, a circular fire lane should be set up.

Fire exits broadly include fire truck exits, evacuation exits and safety exits.

Fire truck passage is understood as the passage and entrance of the community where fire trucks pass in the community to carry out fire fighting and rescue outside the building.

The safety exit is the staircase inside the building to ensure the safe evacuation of people or the exit directly to the outdoor ground.

Evacuation passages (exits) can be understood as walkways, room doors, exits and so on.

(seven) after being notified by the fire department of the public security organ, failing to take timely measures to eliminate fire hazards.

Individuals who commit any of the acts listed in the second, third, fourth and fifth items of the preceding paragraph shall be given a warning or imposed a fine of not more than 500 yuan.

Anyone who commits any of the acts in Item 3, Item 4, Item 5 and Item 6 of the first paragraph of this article and refuses to correct it after being ordered to do so shall be enforced, and the expenses required shall be borne by the violator.
