Wuhan Contemporary High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. (formerly Institute of Contemporary Biochemical Technology) was incorporated.

1993 to 1997

Wuhan Contemporary High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. has successively established contemporary property management company, contemporary biochemical company, Donghu branch, system engineering branch, electromechanical equipment supporting branch and Guangzhou Renhe company. After the merger of Yang Zijiang Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory, Wuhan Renfu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Beilong Environmental Protection Thermal Equipment Co., Ltd., Wuhan Renfu Medical Optical Electronics Co., Ltd., Wuhan Renfu Yimin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Xinxin Color Printing and Plate Making Co., Ltd. were established.

1997

Wuhan Contemporary High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. was listed, and the stock of contemporary science and technology (code 600079) was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Soon, contemporary science and technology was officially renamed Wuhan Renfu High-tech Industry Co., Ltd..

1998

Wuhan Renfu Hi-tech Industry Co., Ltd. introduced CI, designed and produced VIS visual identification manual.

Wuhan Renfu High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. cancelled Guangzhou Renhe Company, split the system engineering branch, faded out the putty project, quit the fine chemical industry, and established the pharmaceutical and environmental protection industries.

In the same year, Wuhan Renfu High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. established Jieshibang (Wuhan) Hygiene Products Co., Ltd., and the pharmaceutical reproductive health industry further became the company's development knowledge.

2000-2002

Wuhan Renfu Hi-tech Industry Co., Ltd. successively acquired Wuhan Lekang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Wuhan Huashan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., China United Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Uygur Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., established Yichang Renfu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Hubei gedian Renfu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to build Renfu Science and Technology Pharmaceutical Industrial Park.

2003-2006

Wuhan Renfu High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. has further completed the rapid expansion of its main business and formed an industrial structure including medicine, reproductive health, environmental protection, real estate and finance.

Yichang Renfu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jieshibang Company, contemporary property and other key enterprises have risen one after another.

In 2007

The 10th anniversary of the listing of Wuhan Renfu Hi-tech Industry Co., Ltd. further clarified the development pattern with pharmaceutical industry as the leading factor and university education investment as the supplement. The core products are Yichang Renfu Medicine and Anesthesia Series, Wuhan Renfu Medicine and Biochemical Medicine Series, gedian Renfu Medicine and Family Planning Medicine Series, Shenzhen Xinpeng Gene Medicine Series, Le Kang Pharmaceutical and Xinjiang Uygur Medicine Chinese Patent Medicine and Ethnic Medicine Series, and Tianjin Zhongsheng Family Planning Medicine Series.

In 2009

Wuhan Renfu High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. has made substantial and substantial growth in the core business and products of medicine.
