4. The object of allocation and the allocation order shall be publicized. If there is no objection to the publicity or the objection is untenable, the renting object will choose public rental housing according to the sorting of renting. The results of rent distribution shall be made public.

(five) public rental housing has been idle for more than 6 months without justifiable reasons.
