Settlement of disputes between owners and property.

Legal analysis: According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, disputes between the owners and the property can be settled through negotiation between the two parties. If negotiation fails, a complaint can be filed with the real estate administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level or a civil lawsuit can be filed with the people's court.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

The provisions of this Law shall apply to the people's courts in accepting civil lawsuits brought by citizens, legal persons, other organizations and among them because of property relations and personal relations.

Article 5 of the Property Management Regulations

The State Council construction administrative department is responsible for the supervision and management of the national property management activities. The real estate administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities within their respective administrative areas.
