The third district of Shenzhen introduced measures to help enterprises reduce rents by up to 2 million yuan.

Recently, Shenzhen Futian, Baoan and Longhua Districts launched a number of measures to help enterprises go out, reduce the burden on enterprises, and fully support the market players to go out and alleviate the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic.

In terms of rent reduction and exemption, Futian District supports the government and state-owned enterprise properties within its jurisdiction to provide eligible families with rent-free in March and 50% rent reduction in April. Futian District 15 joint-stock cooperative companies are encouraged to reduce or exempt rents for tenants, and the government will provide support according to special policies. For office buildings, commercial buildings and business management entities, 30% of the total rent will be reduced or exempted in March and April, with a maximum of 2 million yuan.

Bao 'an District reduced the rent for small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households in manufacturing and service industries within its jurisdiction for half a year, and leased the state-owned properties owned by the district government and the district in the way of "three exemptions and three reductions", and encouraged non-state-owned properties such as office buildings, shopping malls, commercial complexes and parks to negotiate rent-free, rent-reduced and rent-deferred.

Longhua District is free of rent for all properties owned by the district government and state-owned enterprises. For the actual tenants of the urban district government and the district-owned property, the rent of the state-owned part will be exempted from March 1 to May 3 1. Encourage other market players to refer to the reduction of property rent, and the district government will give support according to 20% of the actual tenant rent reduction, with a maximum of 2 million yuan for a single enterprise.

In terms of financial support, Futian District obtained new loans from banks and other institutions from March 1 to August 3 1 for eligible SMEs within its jurisdiction. Pay 50% of the actual interest of the loan for up to six months, with a maximum support of 2 million yuan.

Baoan District obtained new bank loans from enterprises above designated size in March1-May 3/KLOC-0. Give support at 50% of the actual interest paid on the loan for up to three months, with a maximum of 2 million yuan.

Longhua District will give support to enterprises above designated size that obtained new loans from banks and other financial institutions within its jurisdiction from March 1 day to May 3 1 day, according to 50% of the actual interest paid on loans in the last three months, with a maximum of 2 million yuan.

It is reported that Baoan District has fully implemented the "six taxes and two fees" reduction and exemption, and supported small-scale taxpayers who meet the requirements within their jurisdiction to reduce or exempt the value-added tax. The "six taxes and two fees" for small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households should be reduced. We will fully implement preferential policies such as reduction and exemption of social security fees and deferred payment of housing provident fund.
