There is not only a perfect landscape trail system between the communities, but also the gardens and the green belt of Kunyu River are connected with each other through the magnificent and elegant western ancient steps, and the height difference of nearly five meters also adds a lot of gimmicks to the landscape design techniques. The landscape viewing platform along the 1-8 building and the riverside green belt provides residents with a vast space with a river view of nearly 270 degrees, which shortens the distance between Kunyu River and residents. Modern western-style elegant landscape design combined with the unique landscape resources along the Kunyu River has greatly improved the quality of life in residential quarters and provided a luxurious living environment for modern Beijingers.
