Turn off the floor heating first, and then press 10 kg by hand. Then observe that if the pressure does not drop, it means there is no water leakage. If the pressure drops, there is water leakage.

2. Confirm by observing the pressure gauge.

There will be a pressure gauge at the water inlet valve of the floor heating. If the pressure gauge drops for a short time, it is likely to be leaking.

3, observe the ground water.

Floor heating and leaking property have certain responsibilities.

The responsibility of floor heating leakage mainly depends on who caused it. If the floor heating leaks due to the owner's own reasons, the owner shall bear the maintenance responsibility; If it is a problem left over from the original installation and the warranty period has not expired, the floor heating installer or the property shall bear the responsibility.

Article 28 1 of the Civil Code

The maintenance fund of the building and its ancillary facilities belongs to the owner. With the consent of the owner, it can be used for local maintenance, renewal and transformation of elevators, roofs, external walls and barrier-free facilities. The collection and use of maintenance funds for buildings and their ancillary facilities shall be announced regularly. In case of emergency, if the building and its ancillary facilities need to be repaired, the owners' assembly or the owners' committee may apply for the maintenance funds of the building and its ancillary facilities according to law.
