Third, the accident treatment plan:

1. When there is a power failure, the main controller of the water pump room should not panic, but should be calm. The south security water tower can supply water for about 15 minutes, during which the water pump can be completely restarted after the main controller sends electricity;

2. Under normal circumstances, the diesel engine can start automatically after the power failure in the North District. The chief engineer of the water pump room only needs to press the button combining clutch on the operation panel of the control box, and then hold down the speed-up button until the speed displayed on the speedometer can no longer rise;

3. If the diesel engine can't start automatically, press the reset button first. If it still doesn't work, turn the transfer switch to the manual position. At this point, the diesel engine can be started as long as the finger presses the start button.

4. After the diesel pump is successfully started, the main control room of the water pump room shall immediately report the situation to the shift supervisor and notify the converter main control room and the continuous casting main control room.

5. After receiving the alarm call from the water pump room, the converter master control room should immediately stop smelting with guns, and immediately notify the shift supervisor of the situation, who will report to the superior.

6. After receiving the alarm call from the water pump room, the continuous casting master control room should pay close attention to the quantity of secondary cooling water and try to finish the molten steel in the ladle as much as possible.

7. After the diesel engine is started, the chief engineer of the water pump room can appropriately adjust the manual valve at the entrance to increase or decrease the water pressure, so as to achieve the safe water use required by the equipment.

3. If the water supply is stopped for more than the specified time (8 hours in winter and 4 hours in summer, depending on other seasons), mineral water will be purchased as drinking water for the center staff.

4. If the water supply is stopped for more than 48 hours, you can contact foreign aid to deliver water, such as fire officers and soldiers.

5. In case of emergency water cut-off, our hospital has a reservoir to ensure the basic water for the center and canteen. If the elderly need water, please ask the nursing staff to take the initiative to get water from the canteen.

(4), matters needing attention

1. Ask the staff to explain and appease the elderly.

2. After the logistics department confirms the water cut, it will notify the elderly and nursing staff through walkie-talkies and radios. The contents include:
