Modern Building is located in the core area of Suzhou Industrial Park. It was completed and delivered in 2005 with a project area of 98,500 square meters. Modern Building has won the titles of "National Demonstration Building of Property Management", "National Excellent Project of Intelligent Building Operation and Maintenance", "National Demonstration Unit of Energy Saving in Public Institutions", "Leader of Energy Saving in Public Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and "Five-star Management Site in Jiangsu Province", and it is also the only unit in Jiangsu Province that has been selected as the first batch of "Jiangsu Property Management Demonstration Site".
