Where is Binjiang Xingcheng Community?

Shuang Gang Town, Jinnan District, Tianjin, Binjiang Xingcheng Community started construction in 2009 and was put into use in April 20 13. It is located on the north side of Tianjin Avenue, east to Planning No.5 Road, west to Planning No.4 Road, south to Planning No.3 Road and north to Planning No.2 Road.
