Nanjing Municipal Government Price Department and Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. According to the Regulations on the Administration of Property Service Charges, the price departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property service charges within their respective administrative areas in conjunction with the real estate administrative departments at the same level, and the standard of property fees for affordable housing in Nanjing shall be formulated by the price departments of Nanjing Municipal Government and the housing and construction departments.
