Support hinge position and camber radius

The supporting hinge of arc steel gate is the most important part of the whole gate, which not only transfers the total water pressure and part of the gate to the support, but also serves as the supporting center of the gate rotation. The position of the supporting hinge has great influence on the opening force of the gate and the reliability of the gate operation. In the open-top radial gate, the supporting hinge is generally arranged on the side of the pier, and its position should be guaranteed not to be blocked by sediment and impacted by floating objects, so as to facilitate maintenance and overhaul. For the radial gate on the river sluice, the supporting hinge can be set at 0. 5m above the downstream check flood level. The higher the hinge position, the longer the cambered surface and the greater the water pressure, the more steel will be consumed. Therefore, the hinge elevation should generally be set at 1/2 gate height without being impacted by floating objects. Of course, the higher the hinge position, the better the adjustment of the stress of the brake floor on soft foundation. On the overflow dam, due to the large drop of water surface downstream of the gate, a supporting hinge can be set at the threshold. For down-the-hole radial gate, the hinge position is generally arranged above 1. 1 gate height.

Manufacturing technology of arc steel gate

1. The radial gate shall be manufactured according to the design drawings and relevant provisions of GB/T 14 173-2008.

2. Classification of welds: Class I welds, butt welds of gate main girder and side girder webs and flange plates, butt welds of gate lug plates, combined welds of gate main girder and side girder webs and butt welds of flange plates; Secondary weld, butt weld of gate panel, combined weld and fillet weld of flange plate and web plate of gate main beam and side beam, combined weld of ear plate and door leaf, combined weld and fillet weld of main beam, side beam and door leaf panel; Three types of welds, other welds that do not belong to the first and second types are all three types of welds.

3. Rubber-plastic composite water-stop rubber is used for the water-stop of the radial gate. The water seal screw hole on the door leaf and the water seal screw hole of the water seal pressure plate are drilled in the factory.

4. Components with complex shapes shall be cut and assembled according to the samples made in advance. The flange plate of the arm shall be assembled by butt weld with the same thickness and groove as the main material, and the penetration shall be ensured.

5. Hinge and hinge seat are ZG3 10-570, and its blank must be artificially aged, its chemical composition and mechanical properties should meet the requirements of GB3077, and ultrasonic inspection should be carried out according to relevant regulations.

6. The hinge shaft is 40Cr, tempered and chrome plated. The chemical composition and mechanical properties shall meet the requirements of GB3077, and ultrasonic inspection shall be carried out according to relevant regulations.

7. Articulated bearings must adopt copper-based embedded self-lubricating joint bearings with high load, low friction and long service life. The shaft diameter is 560mm, the rated static load is ≥ 58,700kn, the rated dynamic load is ≥ 33,800kn, the self-lubricating friction coefficient is ≤0. 12, and the service life is ≥50 years. It is required that the bearing supplier must have the performance of producing radial gate hinge bearings with a shaft diameter of 560mm and above, and run well for more than 5 projects.

8. According to GB/T 14 173-2008, the radial gate should be assembled as a whole before leaving the factory, and its inspection position and deviation should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 14 173-2008. After passing the inspection, the assembly shall be marked with obvious signs and numbers, and the positioning plate shall be welded.

Installation and debugging of arc steel gate

1_ After the equipment arrives at the site, check whether the gate is complete and damaged separately according to the delivery note.

2_ Check whether the installation position and civil dimension of the gate are consistent with the drawings.

3_ Installation must be divided into four parts.

Installation of arc steel gate

The first is the installation of the door frame: it should be welded and fixed with the embedded steel plate before installation. At this time, both sides of the door frame should be parallel and vertical to the bottom frame and the upper frame. After the door frame is installed, it should be poured twice. The secondary pouring must be sealed and impervious, and the concrete can be used only after curing. When installing the door frame, ensure that the guide rail surface is on the vertical line, and its inclination is not greater than1/1000. Ensure that flatness and diagonal errors do not exceed the standard.

4. 1 After the door frame is installed, remove the sundries in the door frame at the same time, so as not to affect the installation of the door leaf. In particular, there should be no other sundries on the sealing surface. 4.2 Diagonal error should be paid attention to in door installation. 4.3 Then install the hoist base, and pay attention to the flatness during installation. 4.4 During installation, check the seal ring gap between the gate and the mast, and the seal leakage is less than 1.25L/min under the maximum positive working head of the gate.

5_ Installation method of the hoist: After the hoist is fixed in place, first adjust the center of the screw hole of the hoist and the axis of the gate in a straight line, then insert the screw into the lifting lug of the gate and connect them with a pin so that they are on the same vertical line, and then fix the connecting steel plate on the hoist and the base with bolts or welding.

6_ After the screw of the hoist is connected to the gate, check whether all components are installed in place, and then the hoist can be used. Under normal circumstances, if the start is not flexible, you can fine-tune the position of the connecting plate and fix it after you feel relaxed and flexible.

7_ The driving device can be used as a flashlight, which is sensitive and reliable. When manually operating the handwheel, first adjust the handle plate to the manual position, then rotate the handwheel or directly rotate the output shaft to realize the gate opening and closing action. At this time, the circuit is cut off and electric operation is not allowed. When the motor is driven, the handwheel can't rotate, and there is no leakage at the sealing parts of all joint surfaces. Observe whether the manual device and automatic reset function are in place.

8_ The indicator opening meter and bidirectional torque switch are absolutely reliable, and the dial scale of the opening indicator is a percentage. Its action value should be adjusted in actual use, and the control of gate opening and closing degree should also be adjusted according to actual use during debugging.

9_ The direction of opening and closing is indicated on the handwheel. When the handwheel rotates clockwise, the gate is closed, and the manual operation force is not greater than 150N.

10_ The maximum torque of the motor of the electric opening and closing device should be more than 3 times the rated torque, and the continuous rotation time of the driving motor should not be less than 15 minutes.

12_ The local control equipment of electric gate can transmit the position signal of gate to PLC.
