Upstairs is always throwing things downstairs. My backyard is a small yard. It is difficult to clean every day. I have tried to find a property to cut off water myself (because we are one)

Such neighbors have no mutual affection and can only be forced, but they can't be angry when they look around. I really can't stand it anymore. Talk to the public and someone will find what I threw. Cut off the water directly until most people come out to look for property or call the police, and keep the collected things for use then. All the people involved were present, and they recognized and vouched for themselves, or they were directly handed over to the judicial organs for identification. Whoever threw the money for identification would handle it themselves.
