The company is moving towards a growth-oriented property company, and its human resources are extremely valuable. The influence of youth league organizations is declining among young people. Fourth, the funds for league organization work are insufficient. Due to the decrease in the number of league members, the annual activity funds of each young worker in 20 yuan can no longer meet the needs of organizing group activities.

Facing the problems faced by the Communist Youth League and the needs of the new situation and new tasks. * * * The company's Communist Youth League work must actively adjust working methods, innovate working ideas and establish a new working mechanism, so as to improve the pertinence and timeliness of the Communist Youth League work, enhance the cohesion and appeal of the Communist Youth League organization, and truly build the Communist Youth League organization into the party's reserve army and a university where young people grow up, thus promoting the company's reform and development process.

Part III: Working ideas and measures.

First, expand the coverage of the Communist Youth League.
