Living in Happiness Hongda Community, where can I get a residence permit?

The applicant shall go to the residence permit acceptance point of the public security organ at his current place of residence, and the process is as follows (taking Shenzhen as an example):

1. Applicants for Shenzhen Residence Permit

(1) Non-Shenzhen residents who have lived in Shenzhen for more than 30 days and have reached the age of 16 but have not reached the age of 60 apply for residence permits.

Second, the bidding conditions

Residence permit is divided into "Shenzhen Residence Permit" and "Shenzhen Temporary Residence Permit".

(1) Persons who have reached the age of 16 and meet one of the following conditions shall be issued with the Shenzhen Residence Permit:

1. Work in Shenzhen, including employment (including domestic service), investment in establishing enterprises or other economic organizations;

2. Owning house property rights in Shenzhen;

3. Meet the requirements for Shenzhen to apply for residence permits for talents and overseas talents;

4. Start a business in Shenzhen and have the corresponding technical or financial conditions or engage in cultural and artistic creation in Shenzhen;

5, other circumstances stipulated by the municipal government.

(2) Non-Shenzhen residents who have reached the age of 60 and non-Shenzhen students who have received education in full-time schools in Shenzhen shall be issued with the Shenzhen Residence Permit.

Non-Shenzhen household registration personnel who do not meet the conditions specified in the preceding two paragraphs shall be issued with a "Shenzhen Temporary Residence Permit".

Third, the application materials

(a) to apply for the "Shenzhen residence permit"

1. Fill in the Shenzhen Residence Permit Application Form as required.

(3) Persons applying for residence permit as talents or overseas talents shall submit the certification materials issued by the relevant departments of the municipal government;

(4) to apply for entrepreneurship or cultural and artistic creation, submit the original and photocopy of the project confirmation materials issued by the relevant departments of the municipal government;

(5) If the application is made by studying, the full-time school-running institution will log in to the online application system of Shenzhen Residence Permit, submit electronic data online, and apply centrally with the Application Form of Shenzhen Residence Permit and the list of applicants;

If an individual applies for study, the original and photocopy of the study certificate issued by a full-time school-running institution shall be submitted;

5. If the applicant is a married woman of childbearing age aged 20-49, she should provide the Contraceptive Report of Floating Population in Guangdong Province issued by the family planning technical service institution in her current residence for nearly 3 months, in which the Contraceptive Report of Floating Population in Guangdong Province issued by the community workstation in her current residence is an "exemption object", divorced, widowed, pregnant in line with the birth policy and sterilized for one year or more.

2. Distribute forms, instruct employees to fill them out truthfully, and require employees to paste a copy of resident ID card and a digital photo receipt on the back of the form. If the applicant is a married woman of childbearing age aged 20-49, a family planning report must be pasted. Take back the Shenzhen Residence Permit Application Form and proofread the relevant information, and then affix the riding seal on the photo.

The employer may apply for a residence permit in Shenzhen for employees who are employed in the Shenzhen area but live outside the Shenzhen area. The residential address and code of the employee shall be the office address and code of the employee in Shenzhen.

3. The employees of the employer log in to the online application system for residence permit/employment registration in Shenzhen, and truthfully enter the applicant information as required.

4. Through the query function provided by the system, the staff of the employer lists the persons who want to apply for residence permits in the residence permit processing module of the system and submits them, and at the same time prints the list of accreditation.

5. The staff of the employer shall submit the list, application form and other related materials to the acceptance point of the residence permit under their jurisdiction, and pay the license fee uniformly. Print the certificate receipt after acceptance at the acceptance point.

6. The employer shall obtain the residence permit at the original acceptance point with the receipt on or after the agreed date.

(3) Centralized bidding process of full-time institutions

1. The manager of a full-time school-running institution brings the organization code certificate to the acceptance point under his jurisdiction to fill in the form and open an account, and gets the user name and password of the online application system for residence permit in Shenzhen. (Full-time educational institutions employ personnel who are centrally applied for by the employer).

2. Get the Shenzhen Residence Permit Application Form (blank form) from the residence permit acceptance point under its jurisdiction or download it from the residence permit website, distribute and guide students to fill it out as required, and paste relevant materials on the back of the form at the same time (students who cannot fill it out independently can be filled out by their parents or teachers, and the filler must sign at the guardian or client), and take back the Shenzhen Residence Permit Application Form.

3. Log in to Shenzhen residence permit online application system, input information and submit electronic data, and print the list of applicants.

4. Go to the local residence permit acceptance point, submit the Shenzhen Residence Permit Application Form and the list of applicants, pay fees uniformly according to the number of applicants, receive the receipt of the permit, and receive the residence permit according to the appointment date.
