Can disabled vehicles be free of parking fees in the community?

Disabled vehicles can be exempted from community parking fees. Cars driven by disabled people are recognized as "small automatic passenger cars for disabled people". Parking charges for "special" cars cannot be applied to general parking fees, and the state has never issued special provisions on parking fees for disabled cars in parking lots. That is to say, under the current laws and regulations, parking fees for disabled cars should not be charged.

The state adopts auxiliary methods and supportive measures to give special help to the disabled, reduce or eliminate the influence of disability and external obstacles, and ensure the realization of the rights of the disabled. Article 6

The state takes measures to ensure that disabled people can manage state affairs, economic and cultural undertakings and social affairs according to law through various channels and forms.

Formulate laws, regulations, rules and public policies, and listen to the opinions of disabled people and their organizations on major issues involving the rights and interests of disabled people and their undertakings.

Disabled persons and disabled persons' organizations have the right to put forward opinions and suggestions to state organs at all levels to protect the rights and interests of disabled persons and develop their undertakings.
