Brief Introduction of Guangzhou Metro Line 8

Guangzhou Metro Line 8 (English: LINE 8) is one of the lines that Guangzhou Metro has opened to traffic, belonging to the urban rail transit system. The representative color is currently blue-green, and the whole line is located underground, connecting Fenghuang Xincun Station in Haizhu District to Wanshengwei Station. At present, all lines are located in Haizhu District, and it is also the only line in Guangzhou Metro where all lines are in the same administrative area. Guangzhou Metro Line 8 runs in an "L" shape, starting from Xingang East Road in Haizhu District, then going west, passing through South China Expressway, Huangpu Chung and Xingang Middle Road, passing through Kecun Interchange, entering Xingang West Road, passing through Xiaogang Interchange and extending westward along Changgang East Road. Set up Changgang Station at the intersection with Jiangnan Avenue and transfer to Line 2. The route continues to the west to the east of Hedong Bridge, then turns to the northwest to enter Yegong Avenue, and finally reaches Fenghuang New Village, the terminal at the intersection of Yegong Avenue North and Nantian Road. 18 line depot is Chisha depot, which is located in the southeast of Modisha Station. The control center of Line 8 is located in the park front control center in the superstructure of gongyuanqian station, and it is shared with 1 Line and Line 2.
