Community is an autonomous organization of grassroots residents, and it is actually under the leadership and command of sub-district offices. In addition to the above work, community work also includes large and small projects such as the Youth League Committee, the Women's Federation, the Working Committee, culture, the elderly sports association, and the judicial census. Some provinces and cities, such as Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, introduced policies to reduce the burden of community work on 20 15, and deleted many community responsibilities, such as various survival certificates, most statistical work, letters and visits, and the once-a-decade population census.
