In order to continuously promote the construction of high-quality professional cadres, according to the Regulations on Personnel Management of Institutions (Order No.652 of the State Council) and the Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Guangdong Province (Order No.0/39 of the Provincial People's Government), institutions in Jinwan District of Zhuhai City openly recruited 6 doctoral students in 2023. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

Introduction of Jinwan District (Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone) in Zhuhai City

Jinwan District of Zhuhai City, located in the southwest of Zhuhai City, was established in April of 200 1 year, and is one of the three administrative districts of Zhuhai City.

On March 20 12, with the approval of the State Council, Gaolan Port Economic Zone was upgraded to a national economic and technological development zone, named Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone.

From June 20438 to February 2020, Jinwan District and Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone implemented integrated operation.

Jinwan has a superior geographical position, adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao, connected to Daxi International Waterway in the south and the hinterland of the Pearl River Delta in the north.

Zhuhai jinwan airport and Gaolan Port are located in this area.

Jinwan adheres to the "industrial zone" and is one of the main industrial clusters in Zhuhai. The total output value of industrial enterprises above designated size ranked first in the city in the past three years. The city is accelerating the construction of four industrial clusters, namely biomedicine, high-end printing equipment, new materials and new energy, and constantly cultivating and expanding industrial clusters such as aerospace, intelligent manufacturing, marine engineering equipment manufacturing, clean energy, household appliances and electronic information.

2. Registration time: from 8:00 on February 6, 2023 to February 22, 2023 17:00.

3. Registration requirements: Applicants must log in to the online registration system within the specified time according to the requirements of this announcement, and upload the following materials on the registration system:

(1) The front and back of the second-generation ID card within the validity period;

(2) academic qualifications and degree certificates;

(3) Graduates with foreign academic degrees must provide certificates of foreign academic degrees issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, certificates of academic degrees from Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions or certificates of academic degrees from Taiwan Province Province;

(4) Personal self-assessment materials (1500 words or less);

(5) academic ability, social practice, awards and other relevant certificates;

(6) Graduates should provide employment agreement and employment recommendation form stamped with the official seal of the school;

4. Qualification examination: qualification examination shall be conducted according to whether the application materials provided by the applicants meet the basic conditions of this announcement and the specific conditions of the positions to be applied for.

(2) Examination

The exam includes an interview and an interview.

1. Interview (full mark 100, qualified line 75).

Take the form of interview scoring, focusing on the political quality, professional quality, personality characteristics and willingness to work of candidates.

Among the qualified candidates in the interview, the number of recruitment positions is 1:5 according to the interview results from high to low.

If the qualified candidates do not reach the required proportion, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified candidates.

2. Interview (full score 100, qualified line 75).

According to the job requirements and job characteristics, we mainly examine the interviewer's comprehensive analysis, judgment and decision-making, interpersonal communication, teamwork and other abilities.

3. Total score calculation (full score 100, qualified line 75).

Total test score = interview score ×20%+ interview score ×80%.

If the total scores of candidates in a position are the same, the ranking will be determined in the order of interview results; If the interview results are still the same, the ranking will be determined according to the scoring order of the interview judges.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

According to the order of candidates' total scores from high to low, the physical examination objects are determined according to the number of recruitment positions. Those whose total score is not up to the qualified score line shall not be determined as physical examination objects.

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Detailed Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial), and the mental health level test shall be organized. Those who fail to attend the physical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the physical examination.

The inspection was conducted in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial).

(D) Employment promotion

The candidate to be hired will be publicized on the website of Zhuhai Jinwan District Government for 7 working days.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the candidate to be hired or there are problems that do not affect the employment after investigation, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the regulations.

If the person to be hired fails to report within the specified time, it will be deemed as a waiver.

(5) Supplementary funds

If the candidates fail to pass the physical examination and inspection, or the candidates give up their employment, or the candidates' publicity results affect their employment, they can make up the physical examination or inspection candidates from high to low according to the situation.

The replacement work is generally completed within 30 days from the expiration date of the first batch of personnel to be hired by the recruiting unit, and shall not exceed this recruitment cycle at the latest.

Seven. any other business

(1) There is no charge for candidates in this recruitment. Provide free accommodation for candidates who come to Zhuhai to take the exam, and get a round-trip transportation subsidy of up to 2300 yuan. (2) Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Once a candidate's information is found to be false, unqualified or unable to obtain a diploma or degree certificate on time, his qualification for application or employment will be cancelled.

(3) If an applicant who has been disqualified for various reasons has signed an employment agreement, the employer has the right to terminate the employment agreement, and both parties will not make any compensation to each other.
