Why should the property open when moving?

It is the owner's responsibility to ask the property to open the door when moving.

The property service agreement signed between the property company and the owner and the real estate lease agreement signed between the owner and the tenant are two kinds of relationships. However, the object of property service is the owner's house and other property, and the lessee only obtains the temporary right to use the house. Finally, the property company still needs to find the owner.

The property management company needs to issue an exit form for the items taken by the residents when they move, and the owners need to sign for confirmation, which is responsible for the owners, otherwise the residents will be responsible for taking away the personal items that originally belonged to the owners.

Precautions for moving:

1. Ten days before moving: If your new house is still under renovation, please confirm the completion date, and it is best to ventilate for a while after renovation. In the meantime, you can inform the moving company to evaluate and determine the moving date. Prepare all kinds of packaging materials as soon as possible.

2. Seven days before moving: measure the size of each room in the new house, measure the size of large furniture and electrical appliances, and plan the furniture layout of the new house (be careful not to let large furniture block the socket). Then sort all the items and get rid of the garbage. But the date of buying furniture and the date of moving can't be chosen on the same day, otherwise it will be very troublesome to clean up.

3. Five days before moving: clean furniture cabinets and spray pesticides to avoid bringing cockroaches to their new homes. After cleaning the new house, spray pesticides in the corner and sewer. Check whether the toilet drainage holes in the new house are unblocked, whether the ceiling and walls are leaking, and whether there is room for repair. Remember to back up the important data of your home computer hard disk, just in case.
