In accordance with the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws, Party A and Party B have reached an agreement on warehouse lease on the principles of fairness, justice, equality, mutual benefit and voluntariness, and signed this contract:

I. Leased warehouse

Party A will lease the warehouse located in Chengtong Waste Materials Recycling Co., Ltd., Huangxing New Village, Huangxing Town, Changsha County to Party B for storing food, with an area of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ square meters. Without Party A's permission, Party B shall not change the use of the warehouse without authorization, and shall not sublet, sublet or use it for other purposes during the lease period.

Second, the lease term

6. Other relevant agreements during the lease period.

1. During the lease period, Party A and Party B shall abide by national laws and regulations, and shall not use the factory lease for illegal activities.

2. During the lease period, Party A has the right to urge and assist Party B to do a good job in fire control, safety and hygiene.

3. During the lease period, the warehouse cannot perform this contract due to irresistible reasons and municipal relocation, and both parties are not responsible for each other.

4. During the lease period, Party B shall pay the rent and all other expenses payable in time. If the payment is overdue for one month, Party A has the right to increase the late payment fee by 5% and terminate the lease agreement.

5. During the lease term, if Party A terminates the contract in advance and breaches the contract, it shall compensate Party B for three months' rent. During the lease term, if Party B withdraws the lease in advance and breaches the contract, it shall compensate Party A for three months' rent.

6. During the lease period, Party B shall maintain all the facilities in Party A's warehouse, and if there is any damage, Party B shall repair it by itself or pay compensation according to the price.

7. This contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, which shall come into effect after being signed by both parties.
