First, add high-risk areas.

1. Jiajunhaoyuan in Xintang Town, east to Guanghua Road, south to Jiajunhaoyuan Residential Road, west to Jiajunhaoyuan 12 building, and north to Jiajunhaoyuan 10 building.

2. Jiuyu Village, Xintang Town, east to Dias Automobile Maintenance Center, south to Fengyuan Apartment, west to Textile Factory and north to Heguang Clothing.

3. China Railway 12th Bureau, east to Xintang Cowboy City, south to South Dormitory of China Railway 12th Bureau, west to Li Xiang Square, and north to the enclosed area of China Railway 12th Bureau.

Second, adjust high-risk areas.
