What materials are needed to transfer property rights?

Second-hand housing transfer requires the following materials:

1. Buyer: I am at the scene, and I provide valid identity documents and the house sales contract.

2. Seller: Go to the site with valid ID and house ownership certificate.

The property belongs to the husband and wife. Sometimes, both husband and wife should be present at the same time, and provide valid identity documents, real estate licenses, marriage certificates and other related documents.

4. If the house is leased, the seller shall provide written materials for the lessee to waive the preemptive right in addition to the above documents.

5. If the buyer and the seller cannot handle the transfer formalities in person due to special circumstances, they may entrust others to handle it. The trustee must carry a notarized power of attorney, my valid ID card, a copy of the client's ID card (stamped with the seal of the notary office "This copy is consistent with the original"), the house ownership certificate and other related procedures before going through the formalities.
