Will Tongling New Lake Home be demolished?

The new lake home in Tongling city is going to be demolished. According to the information of official website of Tongling Municipal Government, as of April 24th, 2023, Tongguan District of Tongling City issued relevant demolition notices, and the renovation project of old residential areas (West Lake area) will be carried out in 2023-2025, including Xinhujiayuan residential area. The total construction area of the project is1170000m2, and the old residential area is reconstructed 14. The first bid section plans to rebuild five old communities, namely Jingxiangyuan Community, Ebony Home, Xinhu Home, Fengqimeidi and Lihu Home, and the second bid section plans to rebuild the new home 3- 1 community, West Lake Spring City Phase I and Shunfeng Home.
