Does the property management fee include the sanitary treatment fee? Why do you charge 10 a month? Is it legal?

The regulations in each place are different, depending on what the local "Measures for the Administration of Property Services" says.

In some places, the property service fee includes the sanitation fee. If the property service fee is collected, the sanitation fee can no longer be collected, and the property company will hand it over to the sanitation department.

But in some places, these two fees are charged separately.
