Among them, the video monitoring system has the intuitive function of real-time monitoring, and can be integrated with other subsystems, which makes the management system of the whole detention center intelligent and improves the reliability and stability of the monitoring system and protection function. Adopting mainstream technology, scientific planning and reasonable construction, making the system forward-looking and advanced, is the goal and direction of system construction.

Second, the demand analysis

The detention center shoulders the heavy responsibility of detaining and reforming detainees. As a prison manager, public security organs should provide a humanized and scientific management environment on the one hand, and ensure the absolute safety of prison managers and detainees on the other. How to take care of both? It is a problem that managers, executors and supervisors need to think together at present. Combining three technologies: three-dimensional protection, high-definition monitoring and intelligent analysis, a powerful integrated safety management platform is built.

According to different monitoring areas, technologies such as high-definition digital monitoring, intelligent video analysis, networked sub-control, real-time information release, radio frequency identification and positioning (RFID), GPS positioning patrol, intelligent sound detection and access control video linkage analysis can be closely infiltrated, correlated and complemented, making it a comprehensive information management platform with scientific organizational structure, rigorous operation logic and intelligent application.

2. Intelligent audio and video monitoring in prison (PE50 10 video intelligent analysis module)

According to the requirements, it is necessary to carry out all-round video surveillance of the prison and set up audio intercom devices to facilitate the prisoners to communicate with the supervision center and the police on duty. In addition to open intercom and riot control measures, others require secret installation.

Working principle: According to the noise of cell activity, we can record and analyze it, and at the same time, we can monitor the sound information inside the cell when switching monitoring. When fighting and other events occur, the abnormal sound detected by the audio probe will be improved. We have two ways to realize the function of sound detection and alarm. In the first case, the sound wave threshold can be set on the front-end audio probe. When it exceeds a certain decibel, the output switch value drives the local intercom equipment and automatically uploads it to the monitoring host of the management center. After receiving the signal, the center will automatically switch between video information and audio information to realize direct monitoring, shouting, alarm and other direct operations. The second scheme: after the audio signal transmitted to the back end is connected to DVR, the sound threshold can be set. When it exceeds the set value, the management software can automatically switch between video information and audio information, and can directly call for warning. If the digital camera mode is adopted, first input the audio probe into the network camera, set the threshold on the network camera, or set the alarm threshold on the back-end streaming media server.

3, perimeter alarm and video intelligent analysis

If it is a social vehicle, the vehicle information can be automatically registered, and the license plate registration form can be automatically printed as long as the driver information and personnel information are input, thus upgrading the traditional manual registration personnel to an automatic management system with complete and real-time information.

On the basis of vehicle safety inspection, we have established a dynamic vehicle chassis scanning system, which can comprehensively scan the vehicle chassis entering and leaving the prison to prevent prohibited items from entering and leaving. After the system detects suspicious information, it automatically starts the road gate to close the vehicle driving channel and starts the system emergency plan.

At the same time, cooperate with the GIS map analysis and intelligent analysis software PE50 10 to check the position of patrol personnel and management personnel online and deploy personnel in time.
