At the same time, by changing the daily manual maintenance to cloud maintenance, the inspection efficiency can be greatly improved and the execution risk of the front line can be reduced. Only one project in Shenzhen Vanke City has seven water pump houses. In the past, manual inspection took more than two hours, but now it can be completed within 20 seconds through cloud maintenance inspection. Therefore, the maintenance personnel who were previously fixed in one project can also flow across projects.

Efficient scheduling of work order system

In addition to the construction of self-service terminals, sensors and other equipment, Wanwuyun has also built a perfect work order system for efficient scheduling of service areas.

The problems involved in property services are diverse and the scenes are complex, so more subjects are needed to cover the whole scene.
