Is compulsory garbage sorting an infringement?

This is definitely an infringement, but the current law is formulated by the government, and the government has the right to interpret it-in the absence of judicial independence, it is meaningless to "talk about breaking the law" in all government-related affairs.

For an individual, if he has that leisure, he can put four trash cans at home and spend an hour or two every day to maintain them-but this is neither morality nor quality, just a "personal hobby".
