Why is Nanjing South Park cheap?

There are several reasons for the low price of Nanjing South Park:

1. The geographical location is remote, the traffic is inconvenient, and there are few building facilities nearby.

2. Most of the houses in the residential area are east-west, and the sunshine period makes the residential area unpopular with buyers.

3. Jiangning Sancha Road has a large shipment of second-hand houses and fierce competition. The average price of similar communities is basically around 25,000-27,000/m2, which makes it difficult for Nanyuan to sell at a high price.

4. Lack of brand developers in this field. Most of the residential areas are just needed, and the housing age is older, and many residential areas are not in place for maintenance and management, resulting in poor quality of the residential areas.
