Introduction of Yishan Golf Real Estate

18 hole golf course is positioned as an international championship-level mountain ecological course, designed by Mr Rick﹒Robbins, president of American Golf Designers Association, and covers an area of 12000 square meters.

The club invited Mr. Dowling, the founder of American Dowling Design Group, to personally lead the design. The low-density residential buildings arranged by groups in the golf course perfectly integrate the golf landscape with the mountain landscape and live in harmony with nature, creating the first high-level health-preserving residence. The overall construction scale of the community is about 440,000 square meters.
