Chongqing residential property service level standard:

1. First-class services: including daily maintenance of houses, maintenance of public facilities and equipment, safety precautions, environmental sanitation and other basic services.

2. Secondary service: On the basis of primary service, services such as elevator maintenance, greening maintenance and pipeline dredging are added.

3. Level 3 service: On the basis of level 2 service, services such as 24-hour security patrol and smart home equipment maintenance are added.

4. Four-level service: On the basis of three-level service, high-end services such as parking lot management and conference room reservation are added.

5. Five-level service: On the basis of four-level service, provide more personalized and professional services, such as personal butler service.
