1. Dogs can be kept in the community. Dogs raised by individuals shall be raised in the dog owner's residence, and a dog registration certificate shall be issued, as follows:

(1) Dog owners are requested to abide by it consciously. The property has no right to prohibit residents from raising canine animals, and dog owners will take them to the animal husbandry and veterinary administrative department for immunization and quarantine every year;

(2) Inject rabies vaccine for dogs and obtain animal health immunization certificate;

(3) Submit the relevant documents to the Property Management Office for inspection and make copies for the record. Those who have not obtained the animal health immunization certificate are not allowed to raise;

(4) within 30 meters of the owner's activity places such as the main road of the community and the children's amusement park;

(5) During major holidays or community events, it is forbidden to walk the dog. When walking the dog, you should avoid the elderly, the disabled, pregnant women and children.

2. Legal basis: Article 6 of the Regulations on Dog Breeding Management.

It is not allowed to keep strong dogs, large dogs and dogs that bark frequently, and it is not allowed to keep dogs without full civil capacity.

When taking the dog out of the house, the dog should be tied by an adult, and the dog owner should carry a garbage bag to collect the dog's poop at any time and take it back to his bathroom for treatment. After the violator is verified, the property management company will charge 10 yuan cleaning fee every time.

Second, is it the responsibility of the property management that the community dog bites people?

Responsible for the property management of the community bitten by dogs. If the animals raised cause damage to others, the animal breeder or manager shall bear civil liability; If damage is caused by the fault of the victim, the animal keeper or manager shall not bear civil liability. If damage is caused by the fault of a third party, the third party shall bear civil liability. At the same time, which party has the responsibility, which party needs to bear the main liability for compensation.
