Renovation procedure:

2. Fill in the corresponding forms: Decoration Application Form, Decoration Commitment Letter and Decoration Precautions. After the form is completed, it will be submitted to the property management company for approval. After the examination and approval, the owner pays the decoration deposit, and at the same time goes through the formalities such as the decoration start permit and the construction personnel pass, which is convenient for management and the owner's construction;

3. During the renovation, the security, equipment, cleaning and other departments of the property management company inspect and manage the construction site, and the owner shall strictly abide by the relevant regulations during the renovation, and the property shall coordinate and manage the problems. After the completion of the decoration project, the acceptance materials shall be submitted, and the property management department shall assist the owner in the acceptance.

Precautions for decoration:

1. Before the house is renovated, it is necessary to accurately measure the size of the whole house, especially to make clear the areas involved in the renovation process, including: wall paint area, tile area, floor area, and wall size for placing furniture;

2. When the main body is demolished, the load-bearing wall must not be pierced or demolished, otherwise it will easily reduce the safety and seismic coefficient of the house, thus making the house a dangerous building;

3. When installing the floor, it is best to cut it in the corridor, because it will cause serious pollution to the indoor wall.

To apply for registration, the following materials shall be submitted:

(a) all of the housing (or valid documents to prove their legitimate rights and interests);

(2) the identity certificate of the applicant;

(3) Decoration scheme;

(four) to change the main body or load-bearing structure of the building, the design scheme proposed by the original design unit or the design unit with corresponding qualification grade must be submitted;

(five) the approval documents of the relevant departments shall be submitted for the acts in Article 6 of these Measures, and the design scheme or construction scheme shall be submitted for the acts in Article 7 and Article 8 of these Measures;

(six) commissioned by the decoration enterprise construction, it is necessary to provide a copy of the relevant qualification certificate of the enterprise.

Non-owner residential users also need to provide written proof that the owner agrees to decorate.
