I think it is really important to have a house in this society. The residential area where my home is located is open and has no property, which is very inconvenient. First of all, there is no sense of security. Secondly, no one knows when there is a water or power failure or anything else.

Why is property becoming more and more important? I think there are the following reasons:

First of all, tall buildings are being built in big cities and small cities. High-rise buildings are not like bungalows in the past. In the past, neighbors were close and helped each other solve problems when they met. Now, in reinforced concrete buildings, we may not know who our neighbors are, so we often have nowhere to solve problems. If there is a property, it will be very convenient and effective to find a property.

For example, the unit where I used to work is in the community. One day, because we used too much electricity, the switch jumped, because it was not our home, we didn't know where the switch was, and we didn't know who was looking for an electrician. At that time, someone asked about the property. In less than ten minutes, the property was solved.

Secondly, living in a residential area with property will make you feel more secure. Generally speaking, there will be access cards in residential areas with property, and it is difficult for people entering and leaving the residential areas to enter. In this case, urban residents who are unfamiliar with their neighbors will feel more secure.

Moreover, in residential areas with property, public facilities will be maintained frequently. For example, there are fitness equipment suitable for the elderly in the current community. On the one hand, there are basically no property people in the community to destroy those construction equipment. On the other hand, if the construction equipment is damaged, the residential property will be maintained in time.

Take my neighborhood for example. A pavilion was built a few years ago for everyone to enjoy the cool. In less than a month, all the tables and chairs in the museum disappeared.

Therefore, I think real estate is becoming more and more important to the construction of a city.
