What are the regulations for fire extinguishers on each floor of high-rise residential quarters?

Where a realty service enterprise is entrusted or a unified manager is determined to implement fire safety management, the realty service enterprise or unified manager shall perform the duties of fire safety specified in the preceding paragraph in accordance with the agreement, and the owners and users shall urge and cooperate with the realty service enterprise or unified manager to do a good job in fire safety. The fire safety manager of high-rise public buildings should have fire safety knowledge and management ability suitable for their duties. For high-rise public buildings with a building height exceeding 100m, relevant units are encouraged to employ registered fire engineers at corresponding levels or professional and technical personnel with intermediate level or above in related engineering as fire safety management personnel.

Regulations on fire safety management of high-rise civil buildings

Article 1 In order to strengthen the fire safety management of high-rise civil buildings, prevent fires and reduce fire hazards, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and administrative regulations and the relevant provisions of the State Council.

Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to the fire safety management of high-rise civil buildings (including high-rise residential buildings and high-rise public buildings) built and put into use according to law.

Article 3 The fire safety management of high-rise civil buildings shall implement the policy of putting prevention first and combining prevention with elimination, and implement the responsibility system for fire safety. High-rise civil buildings with a building height exceeding 100 meters should be subject to stricter fire safety management.
