This week, I felt the convenience brought by computerization to financial accountants, and really saw its great role in reducing the workload of accountants and improving work efficiency. At this moment, I remembered the scene of manual bookkeeping during my internship on campus, and my hands kept shaking.

In the third week, I studied the preparation of financial statements and the related contents of month-end closing. Since it is not the end of the month, all the operations are simulated, which is a little regrettable in the internship. After closing accounts in nc system, the preparation of financial statements is very simple. In the Report node, the system automatically generates a report template and automatically extracts and calculates data. We just need to check the integrity and accuracy of the data. Finally, because the company needs to go public in the near future, we have also compiled a BS tool to record the sources of all subject data in this month's balance sheet again, which is very conducive to the supervision of the company's business activities.

In the fourth week, I studied the tax declaration and payment, and all the operations were completed online on the local tax or national tax website. This week, I also consolidated what I learned before.

After successfully completing a month's internship, I can't help but be full of expectation and confidence in the future. I used to say that I didn't like accounting, but now I don't think accounting is so annoying, because we only need a number to know clearly what our company has done this month-maybe this is its charm.
