The parking service fees charged by the realty service enterprise for all the owners' planned parking spaces, roads or other * * * sites above and below the ground shall be mainly used to supplement the special maintenance funds after deducting the operation and management fees, and can also be used according to the agreed opinions or the decision of the owners' meeting.

Twentieth property companies charge fees for water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communications, cable television and other units, and may not charge other additional fees to the owners.
Twenty-first property services companies shall not charge fees in the form of deposits, mortgages, etc.
Twenty-second property service enterprises have charged property service fees, other departments and units shall not charge fees of the same nature and content.
Article 23 A realty service enterprise shall, in accordance with the provisions of the competent pricing department of the government, clearly mark the price in a prominent position within the realty management area through bulletin boards, publicity columns, fee tables, fee lists, fee manuals or multimedia terminal inquiries. The contents clearly marked include: the name of the realty service enterprise, the charging object, the service content, the service standard, the charging items, the charging standard, the charging basis, the charging method, the charging start time, the price management table, the price reporting telephone number 12358, the industry supervision telephone number, etc.
Twenty-fourth property service enterprises in violation of the relevant provisions of the property service charges, investigated and dealt with by the competent price department according to law.
Article 25 These Measures shall be implemented as of September 1 day, 2065. Zhengzhou Municipal Price Bureau's Notice of Zhengzhou Real Estate Administration on Printing and Distributing (Zheng Jiagong [2004] No.2) and other relevant documents and regulations shall be abolished at the same time.
