As the main force in the construction of Shenzhen rail transit, since its establishment, the Group has successively completed the construction of 65,438+056 km lines in the first and second phases of Shenzhen rail transit, such as the envelope line, shekou line, Longgang line, Central Ring Road and longhua line Phase I project, and simultaneously built important transportation hubs such as Luohu, Shenzhen North Railway Station, Shenzhen East Railway Station and Futian. At present, the group undertakes the construction tasks of the third phase of Shenzhen rail transit, the third phase of six lines rerouting and six extension lines, with an investment of about 260 kilometers and nearly 200 billion yuan. Among them, Xili Line, Meilin Line and Airport Line started construction on 20 12. Longhua line is a backbone line in the north-south direction of Shenzhen rail transit network, starting from Futian Port at the junction of Hong Kong and Shenzhen in the south and seamlessly connecting with Lok Ma Chau Station of MTR. Go north through Futian Central District, through Meilin Pass, through the inside and outside of the Special Zone, and reach Longhua New District. The opening of longhua line is a major milestone in the development of Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation, which will not only further strengthen the close communication between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, but also become an important passenger trunk line connecting Shenzhen with mainland cities.

Longhua line is about 20.5 kilometers long, with *** 15 station and 1 depot in Longhua. Among them, the first phase of the project (Futian Port to Children's Palace Station) has ***5 stations with a total length of about 4.5 kilometers, which were invested and built by the government and handed over to the MTR (Shenzhen) for operation from July 10; The second-phase extension project (from Children's Palace Station to Qinghu Station) is the first-phase extension project, with a length of about 16 km, of which the underground section is about 5 km and the elevated section is about 1 1 km. Station 10, including 2 underground stations (Lianhua North and Shangmeilin) and 3 tunnel sections. 1 Ground station (Minle) and seven elevated stations (Baishilong Station, Shenzhen North Station, Hongshan Station, Shangtang Station, Longsheng Station, Longhua Station and Qinghu Station) were put into trial operation on June 6, 20/1.

The total investment of longhua line Phase II Project is about 6 billion yuan. During the 30-year franchise period, MTR (Shenzhen) will be responsible for all expenses of longhua line's operation, maintenance and asset management, and the Shenzhen Municipal Government will provide appropriate financial support. Longhua line, as the first rail transit project invested and operated by MTR (Shenzhen) in China in the form of "build-operate-transfer", is the first large-scale infrastructure construction project of Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation since CEPA was formally implemented, and it is also a pioneering attempt to implement CEPA agreement and explore a new mode of Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation construction project.
