The village head never announces the monthly income details of the management office to the villagers. The village head also allocated a management fee of up to 370,000 yuan from the villagers' collective accounts to the zhu cun New Village Property Management Office (excluding electricity, elevator fees and landscaping and cleaning fees). The annual management fee of several million yuan is almost equivalent to the annual dividends paid by all villagers in zhu cun.
