As we all know, high-end projects are generally concentrated in areas with superior geographical location, perfect transportation network, complete living facilities and convenient travel.

From the perspective of urban development, these areas are also the centers of government affairs, finance and commerce, and often gather people with high education and strong financial strength in this city, which determines that they have great investment value.

Taking the average transaction price of 30,000 yuan/square meter as the high-end benchmark, Armani Art Apartment, Wangjiang Mingmen, New Hope D 10 Tianfu, Huayang Jinjiang and Poly International Plaza /sky 177 are selected as samples.

Through combing, it is found that the high-end projects currently on sale are mainly distributed along East Street and high-tech zones.

Among these five high-end projects, Armani Art Apartment, Wangjiang Mingmen and New Hope D 10 Tianfu are all located in Jinjiang District, the traditional main city of Chengdu.

Armani Art Apartment is located in the first ring road of Jinjiang District, surrounded by many communities such as Century Chaoyang, Bund and Longhu Jinglan Peninsula. There is no large-scale commercial support, and most of them are old community businesses. The project is located in binjiang road, and the morning and evening rush hours are prone to congestion. The total height of the project is 222 meters, facing Wangjiang Park across the river and overlooking Jinjiang is a highlight of the project.

Wangjiang Mingmen Project is located in Sanguantang Street, Jinjiang District, about 1.4 km walk from Armani Art Apartment.
